Membership Programs Terms

You have the option to subscribe to one of our auto-renewal membership programs. (One Hour Monthly Massage Membership, One And A Half Hour Monthly Membership, or Two Hour Monthly Massage Membership).  If you sign up for a membership, your payment method will be charged the associated monthly fee on a recurring basis as described when you signed up, for the duration of your enrollment in the membership.  Membership entitles the member to his or her choice of a monthly benefit (the “Member Benefit”), consisting of one (1) 60-minute massage or associated credit (for One Hour Monthly Massage Memberships) or one (1) 90-minute massage or associated credit (for One And A Half Hour Monthly Memberships) or one (1) 120-minute massage or associated credit (for Two Hour Monthly Massage Memberships). member benefits can be used at any time after accruing each month. In addition to the monthly member benefit, members are entitled to unlimited additional monthly massages at their selected membership rate and have access to exclusive member promotions and discounts which may be in place from time to time.  Accrued but unused monthly member benefits will roll over to the next month and be stored in the member’s account.  A member can transfer a member benefit to a friend or family member but cannot transfer more than three (3) member benefits to the same individual within a single twelve-month period. 

Appointments that are booked using member benefits will be subject to the cancellation policy contained within these terms. Failure to follow the cancellation policy will result in a forfeit of the applicable member benefit used for that appointment.

A membership can be upgraded, downgraded, paused, or canceled at any time with a 30-day notice. Membership cancelations can only be made in person or by calling our office. Any change in membership status will take effect for the next billing cycle. To avoid doubt, when you downgrade or cancel a membership, you downgrade or cancel only future charges associated with your membership. If a membership is cancelled or downgraded, any accrued and unused member benefits can be retained by the member and can be used or transferred anytime, subject to these membership terms. Accrued but unused member benefits cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for a cash refund.

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse to renew your membership for any reason not prohibited by law including, but not limited to, an unsatisfactory payment history.  We also reserve the right to collect any delinquent or outstanding balance that has not been paid for services provided or monthly payments owed.  When you subscribe to a membership, you agree to notify us  as soon as possible of any relevant changes in your information, including your payment data.

You cannot assign your membership rights or obligations to anyone else without our prior written consent.  If our physical location closes, we will cancel your membership. 

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  You understand and agree that a membership does not grant you the privilege of exclusive or preferred access at our location.  You or any other individual may obtain access to and purchase any and all services offered by us at our location without subscribing to a membership.  You understand that your membership only entitles you to the benefits set forth in this section of these terms.  We will provide you with thirty (30) days’ advance written notice of any increase in the monthly payment (or membership dues) under your membership program. We reserve the right to terminate the membership program at any time for any reason not prohibited by law.
